En este taller ofrecido por Ricardo Ramos Ruiz, se discutirá la importancia de mantener una buena salud musculoesqueletal, utilizando el ejercicio como método principal. Se hablará sobre la prevención de lesiones, los beneficios del ejercicio y se demostrarán rutinas básicas que puedan aplicar en sus hogares. Todo esto aplicado a la vida cotidiana y al campo laboral.

Temas:
- Funciones básicas del sistema muscular y esqueletal.
- Lesiones y condiciones comunes que afectan estos sistemas.
- Efectos negativos del sedentarismo.
- Beneficios del ejercicio y recomendaciones para mejorar y mantener una buena salud musculoesqueletal.
- Demostración de ejercicios de fuerza y flexibilidad.

- Licencia de Instructor de Aptitud Física del DRD.
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) | National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA)
- Maestría en Kinesiología con concentración en Entrenamiento Deportivo y Fisiología del Atleta / UPR Mayagüez
- Bachillerato en Terapéutica Atlética en UPR Ponce
